Data we store

• Account details: email, display name and a scrypt password hash.
• Session cookies (HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax) so you stay signed in.
• Your projects, intros, scenes, render records and workspace members.
• Optional media you paste or upload (logos, images, recorded voice clips).

What stays on your device

Video rendering happens entirely in your browser: frames are painted to a canvas and recorded with MediaRecorder. Downloads never pass through our servers. Device voices use the browser’s speech synthesis engine.

Third-party processing

Website scans fetch publicly available metadata from the URL you enter. Narration text is sent to the configured speech provider (or the free keyless engine) to generate audio. Promoloop has no paid plan and no payment processing, so no card details are ever collected.

Your controls

You can delete projects and intros at any time. Email privacy@activatepro.cc to export or erase your account data. We keep render metadata for 12 months for abuse prevention, then delete it.

We set one essential cookie for your session. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
