1. What Promoloop is
Promoloop is a browser-based promo video and intro maker. You can create videos without an account; exports from anonymous sessions include a small “Powered by ActivatePro.cc” watermark. Creating a free account removes that watermark from your exports.
2. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including content created by teammates you invite. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the copy, logos and media you upload. You confirm you have permission to use any logo, image, voice recording or website content you add. Do not upload illegal, hateful, misleading or infringing material.
4. Fair use of the service
Don’t attempt to overload the render queue, scrape other users’ videos, bypass the watermark system, or resell the service as your own without written permission.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Rendering happens in your browser, so results depend on your device. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to any amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced in the studio.
